Test Principle & Function

NEMA 250 defines the enclosure types and protection levels; UL 50E defines the test methods (spray configuration, nozzles, pressure, duration) used to verify them, e.g. the rain test for Type 3R.

Packout version (UL50-PK-SS316L): complete SS316L rig, demountable with one Allen key and quick-connect water plugs, packed in an IP65 rolling case 1010 × 620 × 428 mm for on-site testing.
