CALIBRATION SERVICES DIVISION IN 2024

We are in the process of certification to provide testing services according to ISO17025, and we aim to offer the following tests SOON:

• Dimensional: This test aims to verify the dimensions of a product, ensuring that it is within the specifications of the project. It is an important test to guarantee the quality and safety of the product.

• Temperature: This test aims to verify the ability of a product to withstand temperature variations. It is an important test to ensure that the product can be used in different weather conditions and environments.

• Flammability: This test aims to verify the ability of a product to resist flames and prevent the spread of fire. It is an important test to ensure the safety of the product and prevent accidents.

• Impact up to 50J: This test aims to verify the ability of a product to resist high-energy impacts. It is an important test to ensure the durability and resistance of the product.

• IPX1 and IPX2 drip box for samples up to 1m3: These tests aim to verify the ability of a product to resist water penetration under different conditions. They are important tests to ensure the protection of the product against moisture.

• IPX3 and IPX4 with oscillating arcs, including angles required by IEC60335 (household appliances): These tests aim to verify the ability of a product to resist water penetration under different conditions, including the oscillation of the product. They are important tests to ensure the protection of the product against moisture.

• IPX3 and IPX4 method B Handheld Spray Nozzle: These tests aim to verify the ability of a product to resist water penetration under different conditions, using a handheld spray nozzle. They are important tests to ensure the protection of the product against moisture.

• IPX5 and IPX6 with water jet: These tests aim to verify the ability of a product to resist water penetration under different conditions, using a high-pressure water jet. They are important tests to ensure the protection of the product against moisture.

• Accessibility tests including IP5X and IP6X for samples up to 1m3: These tests aim to verify the ability of a product to resist dust penetration under different conditions. They are important tests to ensure the protection of the product against the entry of solid particles.

In addition to these tests, we will also offer tests according to IPX7 and IPX9 IPX9k. IPX7 is for protection against water immersion, and IPX9 and IPX9k are for protection against high-pressure water jets.

Our new testing division is being built, and our milestone predicts the conclusion of the certification process by 2024, with operations expected to start in 2024. The new team includes engineers with over 20 years of experience in product compliance.
