Required on Site:
- Power Supply: 220V 50 or 60Hz
- Compressed Air: 6 bar, 80 GL (dried). A screw compressor is highly recommended to ensure air quality.
Compliance with IEC 60529 Standard
The ORMITY DUST CHAMBER complies with the dust protection requirements outlined in the IEC 60529 standard. Key points of relevance in the standard include, but are not limited to:

The installation area should have the following dimensions:
- 2800mm x 4800mm (equipment outer dimensions)

- Front/sample preparation site: 4000mm
The equipment can be installed on any high-traffic floor surface, whether concrete or ceramic, as long as it is well leveled.
Resuming Delays in Large Capacity Chambers
Over the past two years, high-capacity dust chambers (above 4 m³), environmental chambers, and civil and military-use systems operated under extended lead times due to sustained global demand and production capacity saturation.
Following a strategic consolidation of our manufacturing and calibration network, production capacity has now been significantly expanded. All high-capacity systems are currently in full production, with optimized lead times and integrated certification workflows.
Through the coordinated collaboration of our partners—ranging from industrial metal fabrication experts to calibration labs and certification organisms—chambers may now leave the factory either pre-calibrated or prepared for ISO 17025 laboratory validation, depending on project requirements.
