Suppose you have ordered one device or equipment with some customization level and want to cancel your order for any reason. In that case, your equipment will be before for resale before proceeding with reimbursement to you, less the amount of 20% related to our restocking fee.

NOTE! We will refuse if you return the equipment used with inadequate water or any other inadequate supplier. e.g. some devices aren't allowed to run with tap water: Spray Nozzles, Oscillating Tubes and drip box testers. If you contaminate the equipment once, this will be damaged irreversibly.
