In high-end hardware engineering, there is a massive gap between designs that work on paper and equipment that survives the real world. At Ormity, we bridge that gap with high-grade stainless steel construction and engineering built for the harshest environments.
We are currently in the final assembly phase of our newest equipment series. What you see on our factory floor is not simply another product line—it is the result of an uncompromising focus on durability, sealing integrity, and the development of Ormity Stainless Steel Series designed for harsh environments.
Beyond the Standard: Engineering for Harsh Environments
Designing for normal operating conditions is straightforward. Engineering systems capable of surviving aggressive industrial environments is where real expertise begins. This new series has been developed with reference to some of the most demanding global test standards.
Fine Dust Protection
Following IEC 60529 and automotive ingress protection practices such as ISO 20653, our enclosures are designed to withstand exposure to fine particulate contamination, including talcum powder and standardized mineral dusts used in environmental testing.
Silica-Rich Dust Environments
Environmental requirements defined in MIL-STD-810 and IEC 60068-2-68 guided the development of sealing systems capable of operating in environments containing abrasive silica and quartz dust, typical of mining and heavy industry.
Industrial Exposure
Construction and manufacturing environments often contain aggressive particulate contaminants such as cement and mineral dust. Our stainless steel architecture and sealing interfaces are designed to maintain equipment integrity even under these demanding conditions.
Technology You Can See — and Trust

The final assembly images from our factory floor tell the story. Each stainless steel panel, flange, and sealing interface is manufactured and fitted with precision. The result is a system that combines industrial robustness with the performance expected from high-precision test equipment.

Parabéns pelo trabalho, precisamos de empresas que faz a diferença, para que possamos ter produtos confiáveis.
Excellent equipment... well done!
Ces chambres à poussière ont l’air très robustes et remarquablement bien finies. On est loin de certaines versions chinoises — bravo !
Amazing
My name is Clauzer Dziedziensky and I have worked for over 15 years managing a laboratory for destructive and non-destructive testing of fire resistance, impact, and especially IP protection ratings. I can testify how difficult it is to find a product like this!
Sensational post! 🔥 The new Ormity Stainless Steel Series impresses with the perfect combination of engineering precision and real survival capability in hostile environments. High-quality stainless steel construction with impeccable sealing against fine dust and resistance to abrasive contaminants such as silica, quartz, and cement… this is something we on the testing lab side have always dreamed of in equipment.
The association between industrial robustness and laboratory-grade performance maintained under extreme conditions is extremely rare, and i…
