The UL RT100F Fan Pattern Spray Nozzle is the most commonly used nozzle for enclosure and sealing integrity testing. It produces a flat, triangular fan spray with directional impact, specifically intended for evaluating gaskets, seals, joints, and enclosure entry points under controlled spray conditions.
Although the external body may appear identical to other RT100 variants, the RT100F is defined by its internal fluid dynamics geometry.
Technical Distinction (Fan Variant)
The internal insert is precision-machined with a 60° helical channel, generating centrifugal force to create the controlled fan spread pattern.
This internal configuration differentiates the RT100F from other RT100 models.
