Test Principle & Function
Threaded M5 drip micro-nozzle with an O-ring seal. It replaces worn, damaged or clogged nozzles in Ormity / Dunel IPX1 IPX2 drip box manifolds, and produces the vertically falling drops required by IEC 60529 clauses 14.2.1 (IPX1) and 14.2.2 (IPX2), Fig. 3. Each nozzle can be removed individually and cleaned in an ultrasonic bath.

Installation
- Hand-start the micro-nozzle into the M5 hole.
- Tighten with a 7 mm socket 1N
- Snug until the O-ring seats. Do not overtighten.
