9341-2179 Quebec Inc. was a privately-owned company from 2016 to 2023 under the brand name Montecs. As a brand, Montecs served as a concessionaire for Dunel Europe, selling their products. However, due to challenges related to a labour shortage and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the concessionaire company could not overcome these difficulties. As a result, Dunel Europe decided to discontinue the concession agreement, including the brand, and pursue independent operations in North America through their own brand, Ormity Inc.

Therefore, the agreement between Montecs and Dunel Europe was terminated in March 2023 and not renewed. Customers with pending orders or in need of technical assistance can reach out to Montecs by emailing info@montecs.com. The company MTCS Groupe (9341-2179 Quebec Inc) is working exclusively to fulfill pending orders, and technical assistance will be provided for up to 1 year.

Note: All 2022/2023 orders will be fulfilled by Ormity inc as previously informed to all customers. However, the issuer should endorse all orders (PO) in favour of ormity inc.
